I wan to encourage you to workout your lower body in the most effective way possible, this is why I am going to show what your women workout routines should look like! Yesterday I spoke at an event where I was asked the same question over and over…….. “What exercise can I do to get rid of this”, as they pointed to the outer thigh or elephant ears as I call them! The women where disappointed when I said there wasn’t ONE exercise that would get rid of that. Women workout routines should incorporate compound movements where more than one muscles is used in an exercise. Exercises that burn a ton of calories.
Unfortunately, we can not spot reduce which means that your women workout routines should not consist of the inner and outer thigh machines. Quite the contrary……if your nutrition isn’t right and you do a high volumes of these exercises, the muscle can actually grow! I mean GROW OUT! You want to get rid of it not make it grow!
These women where showing me the exercises they do…..holy moly….I wanted to die! They were doing the typical Jane Fonda move. You know girl, the one where you lay on the floor on your side and just bring your leg up and down. You better hope you don’t run into me one day while you are doing that exercise! Talk about ineffective and wasting time!
You want to do exercises where you get your biggest bang for your buck! Exercises such as squats, lunges, step ups, etc., exercises where you work more than one muscle. The more muscles recruited in an exercise, the more calories you burn.

A1. 20 Step-ups per side
A2. 20 Reverse lunges per side
A3. 20 Dumbbell Squats
Rest 60 seconds
B1. 20 Stability ball hip extensions
B2. 20 Stability ball leg curls
B3. 20 Deadlifts
