Wedding Workout Plan-Get Toned

You might have asked yourself before……why do I keep working and not see results?  This is why most women quit their workout regimen.  They workout all the time and  don’t see results.  I guess I would quit too if I was investing all this time and energy into working out and I wasn’t seeing any changes in my body!  This is why I'm giving you these wedding workout tips.

Most of the time the attempts at working out fail because of a lack of planning! Women just go in the gym, do some cardio, and  grab a few weights and get on a few machines………and then expect to see results!  Girlfriend, exercise is a science.  You can’t just do some cardio and pick and choose some machines, and expect that to work.  There are certain guidelines in a workout you should follow depending on the goal.  There are so many variables that can change depending on what the goal is.  Here are a few:

WEDDING WORKOUT GUIDELINES:

• # of repetitions
• # of sets
• TEMPO:  duration in seconds of each repetition
• Rest time during sets
• Types of exercises
• Order of exercises
• Duration and intensity of cardio

If these variables aren’t aligned with your goal, you will not get results.   Another reason why women fail to lose fat and get in shape even though they workout is because they do the same exercise routine all the time.  This might be you, you may have been doing the same exercises for the last few years.  Girlfriend, if you do not change your exercise routine every 4 weeks, your body will adapt and not change.  So if you have been doing the same old exercise routine, it’s time to change it!  If you do not even know where to start, let me help you!
