Wedding Workout Plan

I’m sure you have already thought about exactly how you want your wedding dress to look.  If so, then you have also pictured in your mind how you want your body to look.  Right?  Then you need this wedding workout plan so you can get fit!

Most wedding dresses reveal mostly the upper body, so if  you want to look tight, and toned in your wedding dress then your wedding workout plan HAS TO INCLUDE resistance training or weight-training!

You need to get on a regimented weight-training program.  It needs to include not only your upper body since that’s what is mostly visible in the dress, but also the lower body and core.  Remember you will be going on a honey moon and it is so important for you to look your very best then also.

A wedding workout plan (weight-training) will give you the tight and toned look that you want!  Not only will that happen, but by building muscle you will become more efficient at burning fat.  So the more muscle you have, the greater your chance to burn tons of FAT!

Your workout plan must change every 4 weeks in order for it to be effective.  If it doesn’t change you will not see any major changes.  So remember that it is CRUCIAL for your program design to change every 4 weeks.

Here is a sample workout:  this one just focuses on the upper body, but remember a good wedding workout plan will include all body parts.

Sample WEDDING WORKOUT

A1.  12 push-ups (slow tempo)
A2.  12 Incline Dumbbell presses

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times.

B1.  12 Lat pulldown
B2.  12 Dumbbell rows

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times.

C1.  12 Dumbbell shoulder press
C2.  12 Lateral raises

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times.

D1.  12 Dips (slow tempo)
D2.  12 Rope pulldown

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times.

E1.  12 Barbell bicep curls
E2.  12 Dumbbell hammer curls

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times.

You can do this wedding workout plan twice a week and alternate them with 30 minutes of interval cardio sessions.  Intervals should be 30 seconds intense, and 30 seconds recovery; for the duration of 30 minutes.  Do not do this workout plan for more than 4 weeks, or you will over train and not see results.
