ut back on your PORTIONS: even if you are not eating the right foods. If you just eat smaller amounts, you will LOSE WEIGHT. If you eat the RIGHT FOODS and cut down the amount, you will REALLY LOSE WEIGHT. Eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a vegetable every 3-4 hours.
Wedding Weight Loss Tip #2:
Make sure to eat PLENTY of VEGGIES: veggies not only cause your body to BURN a ton of CALORIES. It also gives you a sense of SATIETY (fullness) and you have less of a chance of OVEREATING. So make sure to eat plenty of veggies in all your meals.
Wedding Weight Loss Tip #3:
Cut back on ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. You have no idea how dense in calories alcoholic drinks are. Cut these out and you will see a significant weight loss. If you MUST drink choose lower calorie drinks. No added juices, mixers, fruit, sodas, etc. Try to stick to wine or any alcohol you don’t need to add anything to or add soda water with lime. FYI: tonic is loaded with sugar.
Wedding Weight Loss Tip #4:
You must do at least 3 WEIGHT TRAINING workouts per week. This type of workout burns a ton more calories POST WORKOUT than CARDIO. You will continue to BURN CALORIES for 18 hours after workout.
