7 Wedding Weight-Loss Tips

Its’ the New Year!

Especially if you’re Wedding is coming up!

Follow these steps for a super successful Wedding Fitness & Wedding Diet Plan:


1. Eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable 4-5 times a day (in small portions).  This is the Wedding Weight Loss Meal.  To find a list of the above mentioned foods click on Wedding Diet Foods.

3. Log your food in a notebook or planner.   It is amazing what logging can do!

4. Drink ½ your body weight in ounces.

5. Start taking a fish oil supplement.  You can get one in any Vitamin Shop.  My recommendation FISH OIL.

6. Perform 3 full body workouts per week.  Include 1 exercise per body part for 20 repetitions each and rest minimally.  To get this workout and the rest of the 6 month plan workouts, get "Vow to be Fit"  and get the Wedding Diet plan too, also included.

7. Follow each weight training workout with 20 minutes of interval cardio.
