Hopefully you have already picked out your wedding gown. If you haven’t, I’m sure you have a good idea of what you want it to look like, and how YOU want to look in it. Before I go any further let me begin by telling you that aside from eating “right”, the ONLY thing that is going to get your body TIGHT & TONED is weight-training exercise. So check out these Wedding Exercise Tips
If you have never weight-trained before, don’t be scared, it is super easy, as long as you follow a plan. And a wedding plan is what I have for you, a very specific wedding exercise routine that includes weight-training and cardio. I got married in December of 2006, so trust me, I know what you are going through, and I know you don’t have much time available for working out. So I have devised a wedding exercise routine and diet plan for 6 months to get you to lose pounds of fat and tighten and tone your body. In order for an exercise plan to work, it must change every 3-4 weeks, and that is exactly what I did for you in the book“Vow to be Fit” A Bride’s guide to a beautiful & toned body.

Weight-training is important because it is the only type of exercise which will cause you to gain muscle (lean, tight, and sexy muscle). Muscle is the actual place where fat is burned, so the more muscle you have, the greater your ability to burn fat. Plus having muscle is the only way you can get the tone in your arms and thighs. So I’m going to give you some pointers for starting this wedding exercise program.
WEDDING EXERCISE ROUTINE GUIDELINES
• Start with 3 full body workouts per week
• Perform 1 exercise per body part: Quads (front thigh), hamstrings (back thigh), chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and core.
• Start with 20 repetitions of each exercise.
• Perform all exercise one after the other with minimal rest, rest at the end of the circuit for 30-60 seconds.
• Follow each workout with 20 minutes of cardio.
Sample Wedding Exercise Routine
• 20 Dumbbell squats
• 20 Dumbbell chest presses
• 20 Stability ball leg curls
• 20 Dumbbell rows
• 20 Dumbbell shoulder presses
• 20 Dips
