Fitting perfectly in the one and only white gown is so important for BRIDES. The best way for the busy bride to start the weight loss is in the diet (nutrition). So though I hate the word DIET……..I’m going to give you some tips for the perfect wedding diet, and I will give you a sample menu. Use this sample menu as a guide. You can be as creative as you want given the right options.
This is a simple and effective Wedding Diet that will help you lose fat, get toned, and NOT STARVE!
• Eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable every 3-4 hours in small quantities.
• Drink a lot of water!
• Cook food in bulks and pack it up daily to make sure you eat the right portions and the right foods…..also way cheaper than eating out!
• Cut out sugar! The more you eat it, the more you will crave it!
• Stop snacking on nuts and cheese and have a mini meal instead.
Sample Menu for the WEDDING DIET
• Breakfast: 3 egg whites with fat-free cheese & small bowl of oatmeal
• Snack: Vanilla protein shake blended with berries
• Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, sliced almonds, garbanzo beans, lots of veggies, and balsamic vinaigrette
• Snack: Fat-free cottage cheese with raspberries
• Dinner: Grilled mahi-mahi with broccoli sautéed with garlic and pine nuts, and seasoned brown rice.
Eat like this, and I guarantee you will start lose weight for wedding! Now all you have to do is commit to a wedding exercise program so that you can be lean, toned, and beautiful for your wedding day!
