As soon as you become a Bride-To-Be, you immediately start searching for a wedding diet. Your desire is to look your best in your wedding gown. So of course, the first thing to do is start a diet.
What do you do?
Here are my tips for the BEST Wedding Diet:
- Eat a small meal every 3-4 hours.
- Each meal should have a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable.
- Drink half your body weight in lbs in ounces of water.
- Don't eat sugar or processed fat.
- Drink a post-workout shake with glutamine and greens. My favorite Glutamine and Greens you can get here: Billy Beck III Supplements.
Its hard to eat every 3-4 hours if you don't have a plan and some great healthy recipes to be able to stick to your wedding diet. So here is a recipe that is easy to make, gluten-free, healthy, and delicious.
You can make a 2 dozen of these. Freeze one dozen and leave the other dozen in the fridge for healthy snacks or breakfast.
