Vegetables Help You Burn Fat: Healthy Veggie Recipe

Are you getting hungry all the time because you are on a diet? Even soon after you eat?

I have the solution for you!  Diet Recipes!  You need diet recipes to help you burn fat and still enjoy what you eat.  I will give you a vegetable recipe as your diet recipe of the day.

If you are, you are either not eating enough, or you are not eating enough vegetables.  Vegetables are fiber and they give you a sense of satiety or fullness!  Aside from that benefit, you burn a ton of calories in the process of digestion.  So…….if you are not eating vegetables, you better start NOW!

I know what you are thinking…….”vegetables are boring and tasteless”………
They don’t have to be!  The thing is people get lazy and just thaw a bag of frozen veggies and throw it on their plate with dinner……YUK!

Here is a sample diet recipe for a vegetable dish:

Ginger Broccoli with Toasted Sesame Seeds (4 servings)

Ingredients:
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
4 cups broccoli florets
1 small sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp gingerroot, peeled and minced
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp sesame oil

Instructions:
Place seeds in a skillet and cook until golden.  Cook broccoli in water for two to four minutes, then add the red pepper and cook for 30 seconds.  Drain and reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid.  In a large skillet cook the ginger root and garlic for 30 seconds.  Add the reserved liquid and bring to a boil.  Add the broccoli mixture, sesame oil, and toss gently.  Transfer to a platter and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
