Top 10 Calorie Burning Exercises

Everybody is always looking for the MAJIC exercise that is going to do the trick.

Though you can not spot reduce, there are exercises that are GREAT, where you get your greatest bang for your buck!  The ones that if short on time, you must do!

Here is what to look for when choosing the BEST EXERCISES:

  • Compound Movements: Exercises that work more than one body part.
  • Single Leg Movements: These work stabilizing muscles, and work the core. The more muscles you work, the more calories you burn.
  • No Single Joint Movements: These movements work less muscles, in turn, burning fewer calories.
