Tips To Help You Get Your Workouts In

So here is what you are going to do if you are tired of those extra pounds on your body, and if you want to see some serious tone and definition. You are going to make working out a PRIORITY………yes my friend…..A PRIORITY!!!! Check out these tips to help you get your workouts in............

So……….you want to lose fat and see some muscle in your body yet you only make it in to the gym or workout twice a week! No wonder you are frustrated!

Girlfriend, there is absolutely no way that you are going to reach your fitness goals by working out once or twice per week. Now, I’m not asking you to make working out a part time job, I understand we are all busy. But if you REALLY REALLY want to get fit, you need to invest a little more time to yourself and your body.

How do you do it?

Most people don’t exercise regularly and enough because it is just one of those things you do IF YOU HAVE TIME!! It’s not a priority, you don’t schedule it…….and if you don’t YOU WILL NEVER DO IT!

So here is what you are going to do if you are tired of those extra pounds on your body, and if you want to see some serious tone and definition. You are going to make working out a PRIORITY………yes my friend…..A PRIORITY!

What does that mean?

It means, that just the way you take your kids to school or you cook dinner, or you get your nails and hair done, and you go to the grocery store……you are going to work out. It is going to be a part of your day, something you do on a consistent basis.

At the beginning it is a bit hard because you are not used to making this a priority, but as you do it and you see results, it will get much EASIER!

Where do you begin?

Take your planner…………….RIGHT NOW……LITERALLY RIGHT NOW……and find 4 days a week at a certain time and block out an hour each of those days for your workouts. Did you right it in…..if you didn’t….do so now!!!

Now that you have it scheduled, you can not change it! This means that if you have a lunch date or a nail appointment or you have to do groceries……you do it before or after your workout!! If you have to make a doctors appointment, you know not to make it around the time of your workout so that it will not interfere.

This is making it a PRIORITY! Now you have no excuses because you know to set up all your other appointments around your workout times. Now don’t start whining already, I’m only asking you for 4 hours out of 168 hour week. And when you start seeing the changes in your body……it’s going to be all WORTH IT!  You might even want to commit a few more hours a week!

I hope that you really took the time to schedule your workout times. The best thing to do is to do it at recurrent times and days weekly.
