Did you already start a wedding workout program? Because if you didn't, this is your chance to start!
You are a bride-to-be, so you are worrying about what you are going to do in order to get your body to look the best ever for your wedding day. I feel you! I remember those same thoughts as Danny proposed!
So what do you do? You want the best wedding workout! There are so many magazines and books that tell you all about these “miracle” diets and exercise plans. They tell you, you can lose 30lbs in 30 days! Yeah right! If it were that easy, my friend, we would all be ripped!
There is only one RIGHT way to do it. That way is simple, not easy, simple! Nothing in life worth having is easy! So you want a great body, you are going to have to invest some time and dedication. But I promise, it will be so worth it! This “RIGHT” way is eating nutritiously, performing weight-training exercise, and performing moderate amounts of aerobic or cardiovascular exercise. Too easy? Don't worry, I have the best wedding workout plan in the market and I'm about to share some tips. Here is the catch………
In order for your body to continue to lose fat and tone, you have to create a stimulus. A stimulus can be a new cardio workout plan with different duration and intensity, or a different weight-training program with different rep ranges, rest time, exercises, etc, or different nutrition plan with different portion sizes etc. So if you have been doing the same exercises and eating the same way and are wondering why you don’t see results……..now you have the answer…….you have to create a stimulus so that the body changes before it adapts. I know….easy for me to say! I am going to give you a scenario of 2 different workout plans that last 4 weeks each. I am going to give you a sneak preview of the best wedding workout.
First let me tell you that building lean and toned muscle should be your priority! Not only is it the only thing that will get you toned and lean, but it helps speed metabolism by having more places in the body where fat can be burned. Because muscle is the actual site in the body where fat is burned. So here is a sample of the best wedding workout plan.
4-Week plan (3 times per week)
Perform 2 sets of each circuit.
A1. 20 Dumbbell Squat
A2. 20 Dumbbell Incline chest presses
Rest 45 seconds
B1. 20 Stability ball leg curls
B2. 20 Dumbbell Rows
Rest 45 seconds
C1. 20 Dumbbell shoulder presses
C2. 20 Rear delt extensions
Rest 45 seconds
D1. 20 Dips
D2. 20 Dumbbell bicep curls
Rest 45 seconds
4-Week plan
This is just one of the 3 different routines that you would perform weekly for these 4 weeks. This plan now goes from full body workouts to split routines in which each day you work different body parts.
Push day (1 time per week)
Perform 3 sets of each circuit.
A1. 12 Dumbbell Incline chest presses
A2. 12 Dumbbell fly’s
A3. 20 Stability ball crunches
Rest 60 seconds
B1. 12 Dumbbell shoulder presses
B2. 12 Lateral raises
B3. 20 Reverse crunches
Rest 60 seconds
C1. 12 Skull crushers
C2. 12 Dips
C3. 20 side crunches
Rest 60 seconds
Do you see how different this wedding exercise program is? The number of repetitions are different, the pairing of the exercises is different, the rest period is different. It is imperative that an exercise plan changes every 3-4 weeks.
Try the first workout for a few weeks. Combine it with 3 days of 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. For the aerobic exercise, perform some intervals at 30s:30s. Pick up intensity for 30 seconds and then slow down for 30 seconds. Do this for the duration of the 30 minutes. These workouts are fast and effective! Fat-burning at its best!
