Don't wait until the last minute to start a bride workout routine. If you are wearing a wedding gown that reveals your arms and shoulders, you must start your bride exercise routine now.
I’m going to give you some tips that will help you with your bride exercise routine. The goal is to lose fat and sculpt the arms, midsection, and thighs. I'm also giving you a sample workout to get started.
Bride Exercise Tips for the arms:
• Work your arms in this order: shoulders, triceps, and biceps
• Perform 2-3 exercises per muscle group
• Repetitions: Start 2 weeks with 20 reps, then 3 weeks with 12 reps, and then 3 more weeks with 8-10 reps.
• Tempo: this is the speed of movement. You need to put the muscle under tension for a good amount of time in order for muscle to grow. So start with 2 seconds on the ascending phase of the movement, and 3 seconds on the descending part of the movement.
• Exercise order: 2 options to start with.
**Perform 2 exercises for the same muscle and then rest. Continue for the desired
amount of sets.
** Perform 1 exercise for each muscle and then rest. Continue for the desired
Amount of sets.
• Sets: Start with 2 sets for 2 weeks and increase it to 3 sets for another 2 weeks.
• Rest: Rest 45-60 seconds at the end of each set. Make sure to time it.
20 dumbbells shoulder presses
20 overhead tricep extensions
20 dumbbell bicep curls
Rest 45 seconds and repeat one more time
20 lateral raises
20 tricep dips
20 dumbbell hammer curls
Rest 45 seconds and repeat one more time
