Most Brides are looking to desperately lose weight before the wedding. The downfall of most last minute wedding diets is that most of them are too low in calories. What ends up happening is that you are hungry all the time so you end up binging. Hence, the lack of weight lost! I know, its disappointing.

- Eat every 3 hours.
- Never skip a meal.
- Never let more than 3 hours go by without eating, or you will CRAVE the "bad" food.
- Eat a lean protein, a veggie and a small portion of healthy carbohydrates.
- Cut out the carbohydrates from your meals every other day (except for breakfast).
- Drink half your body weight in lbs, in ounces of water.
- Take a multi-vitamin and fish oil.
- Cut out all wheat and dairy from your diet.
- Don't eat any processed or high sugar/fat foods.
- Try not to eat out often.
- Watch your sodium intake.
- Plan and prepare your meals ahead of time so that you never skip a meal.
- Eat a lot of green veggies.
If you follow the suggestions listed above, I promise, you will lose weight for your wedding. The best wedding diet is one that speeds metabolism so that you can burn calories all day long and look amazing in your wedding gown. The only way to speed metabolism is by eating often.
