So almost 6 weeks down and 2 more weeks to go on my hardcore program. Danny and I are doing great and its really been awesome to be able to share this together, motivate and help each other.
I can't tell you how excited I am, Danny says to me the other day......... "when we come back from Europe, I want to keep eating good like this, its not that hard, I think I can do it". HOLY MOLY, I wanted to jump up and down but I didn't want to make such a big deal about it, but you can imagine my excitement!
What's really awesome is that he decided this all on his own. Why?
Because he realized it really isn't all that hard. You can still enjoy eating and you can still be social and go out and have fun, but get amazing results. Most people don't even start "dieting and exercising" because they think its too hard and they think they can't do it.
But when you start, if you do it the right way, you realize its quite enjoyable, and the results are soooooooo worth it. I have to say that's probably part of the reason why Danny may want to continue doing this. He feels good about himself!
Anyhow, I am so sore this week, these workouts are kicking my butt........literally!

Thigh & Glute Workout: Fat Loss Intensifies

A1. 12 Stationary Lunges & 12 Half Reps (bottom half of the range)
A2. 12 Stability Ball Single Leg Curls & Half Reps (range closest to full flexion of knee, closest to butt)
Rest 60 seconds & Repeat 2 more times
B1. 12 Step-Ups & 12 Half Reps (bottom half of the range)
B2. 12 Stability Ball Singe Leg Hip Extensions & 12 Half Reps (range closest to full extension of the hip)
Rest 60 seconds & Repeat 2 more times
C1. 12 Leg Extensions & 12 Half Reps (range closest to full knee extension)
C2. 12 Lying Leg Curl & 12 Half Reps (bottom half starting at knee extension and stopping half way through rep)
Rest 60 seconds & Repeat 1 more time
Seriously this workout is awesome, you have to try it. Say HELLO to LEAN, SEXY & TONED thighs!
