I was lucky to love being pregnant, but I do understand why some women hate pregnancy. I mean if you gain excess weight, you end up with more aches and pains and discomforts and who likes living like that? So take a few minutes to read through this and give prenatal exercise a shot.

Pregnancy Diet doesn't really exist because you really shouldn't "diet" when you are pregnant, but you should have a healthy nutrition. The sad thing, is that women use this time to over indulge and eat whatever they want, in the portions they want with the excuse that they are eating for 2! Excuse my FRENCH but that is a crock of you know what!

Even though your belly is growing because you are pregnant, doesn't mean that you have to give up on your fitness and your body. You can totally be a fit pregnant woman and have slim and rock hard arms and legs even though your belly is getting bigger every day lol. If you don't use your pregnancy as a reason to binge and over indulge in food and CRAVINGS, and you eat pretty healthy, you can have a super fit pregnancy.

Every pregnant woman is always concerned with the "weight gain". And though you should be cautious of it, you don't need to be crazy about it. Obviously, its lucrative to gain weight during pregnancy in order to sustain the baby's life so just embrace the fact that you are going to gain some healthy weight so that your baby can grow in a healthy and apt environment.
