Pregnancy Workouts You Will Love

Everything about Pregnancy is LOVE!  And today I am going to give you a pregnancy workout you will love.

I am so blessed to have LOVED being PREGNANT.  And I can't wait to be pregnant again.

Here are just a few reasons to LOVE PREGNANCY:

  • You Eat With Meaning
  • You Enjoy Working Out More Than Ever
  • You Let Go Of Bad Habits
  • You Are The Center Of Attention
  • You Are Less Likely To Develop Breast Cancer
  • You Feel Proud Of Whats Happening To You

Eat With Meaning:

For the first time in your life there is a REALLY GREAT reason to fuel your body with the right nutrients.  Now you are eating to set the best environment in your body for your baby.  Now everything you put in your mouth makes you think of your baby and how it benefits your baby.  This is awesome motivation for eating healthy.

You Enjoy Working Out More Than Ever:

For once, you are not working out to LOSE WEIGHT, rather you are working out because its good for your baby and because it makes you feel energized and free!

You Let Go Of Bad Habits:

Its finally so easy to not drink coffee, not have those darn good cocktails that make us gain weight, and you start being a safer driver etc.

You Are The Center Of Attention:

Once you start to show, it seems that the whole world is in love with you.  All of a sudden people carry things for you, offer you chairs, bring you food and drinks, cater to you, etc.

You Are Less Likely To Develop Breast Cancer:

If you are pregnant before the age of 30, research states that you are less likely to develop breast cancer.

You Feel Proud Of Your Body:

You finally don't have to suck your belly in all the time.  And you get this sense of proudness about whats happening in your body!  There is a life growing inside of you and its the most amazing phenomenon EVER!  This phenomenon makes you feel so proud of all the changes in your body!

Here is an awesome Pregnancy Workout that will make you be more IN LOVE with your PREGNANCY.

Awesome post Michelle! I love the way you turn every 'down' side (and I use that term tongue in cheek, because they really aren't down sides) into the positives they really are!!! Can you comment on the use of weights in this amazing workout? Is it safe, and how do you know how much to use? I know many of my prego friends would really love to understand more. Awesome - you are amazing!!!

Great post, Michelle! I thought of you today at the gym as I made my rounds on the weight machines. It's so nice to FINALLY find a trainer who thinks the way you do about exercise during pregnancy. Thanks the all of the positive energy and information you shared here!
