Pregnancy is a beautiful thing. I know not every woman can say this, but if you feel good about yourself when you are pregnant, the chances of you feeling good and enjoying your pregnancy are much higher. So, my dear pregnant friend, if you have not been working out, my advice is get movin' girl.

As long as you have your doctors clearance, you can workout in every stage of your pregnancy. I worked out hard until the day before I went into labor. I really believed that this helped me feel great, have lots of energy throughout the entire pregnancy and get into (better than pre-pregnancy state) much faster.
So, my hope is that you will take this pregnancy workout and incorporate it into your weekly routine. It will help you stay fit during your pregnancy and it will help you get in shape post-pregnancy in not time.

A1. 20 Plie Squats
A2. 20 Stationary Lunges
Rest for 60-90 seconds
B1. 20 Cable Presses
B2. 20 Wall/Bench/Floor Pushups
Rest for 60-90 seconds
C1. 20 Stability Ball Leg Curls
C2. 20 Stability Ball Hip Extensions
Rest for 60-90 seconds
D1. 20 Standing Rows
D2. 20 Lat Pulldowns
Rest for 60-90 seconds
