Pregnancy Diet: What To Eat When All Foods Gross You Out

Why isn't there a manual that tells us exactly what our Pregnancy Diet should be composed of?  I mean, of course we know we should eat "nutritious" and a "well balanced diet"........DUH!

Well, what do we do during those weeks that every type of food looks and smells disgusting?  What do we do when we can't even look at food?  What should our Pregnancy Diet look like then?

Check out what I did during those weeks when you can't look at food, let alone eat it.

My entire pregnancy I thought of everything I did and didn't do as what I was doing for my baby.  It wasn't about me, it was about the baby.  And I wanted to create the best and healthiest environment for my baby to be born.  So when my pregnancy diet was going down the drain because I didn't want to eat, I thought of something real quick.

I decided to make a huge soup.  I knew I needed to include lots of vegetables and protein in my diet so I boiled chicken breasts in low sodium organic chicken stock and I added all kinds of vegetables.  Once they were soft, I pureed them in a blender or food.

This allowed me to eat optimally and healthy even though I didn't feel so good.  I have recommended this plan to many prego's and it has worked for every single one.  So go ahead and give it a try.

It is so important to have a good pregnancy diet.  Not only will you be doing good for your baby, but you will be helping yourself get back to pre-prego shape or better.  Its not worth it to eat badly just because you are pregnant.  All you will do is feel horrible about yourself and not give your baby the right nutrients.

So get committed MOMMY and start your pregnancy diet.  It will make you and your baby happy.

It is also, so important to stay active and workout while you are pregnant.  Not only will it speed your labor and delivery but it will also speed your pre-prego body back!
