We had a ton of fun and so did the babies! Next week I am definitely brining Nicholas!
Here is our workout:
Warm Up: 3- 5 Minutes
· High Knees
· Butt Kickers
· Lateral Shuffles
Workout: 15 minutes (with baby)
1. Squat: child on floor/arms
2. Upright Row: (sing Row Row Row Your Boat)
Rest 30-60 seconds and Repeat
1. Side Squat Twist-Hold (10 people love your child)
2. Shoulder Press w child (Sing Barney Song)
Mommy’s Only Workout
Circuit 1
1. Pushups
2. Arm Raises
3. 90 Degree Leg Drops
Circuit 2
1. Reverse Lunges w Hip Flexion
2. Plie Squat
3. Reverse Crunches
Try this workout 2 more times before I see you again next week.
