Lose Weight Fast With This Bride Diet

Brides usually wait until the last minute to start their brides diet.  I understand, there are so many stresses during this time that a diet and working out is last on the list.  But most brides end up doing a crash diet that makes them miserable.  So even if you are short on time and you want to lose a few pounds, this is what you are going to do for your Last Minute Bride Diet.

 

Last Minute Bride Diet

  • Cut out all sugar and saturated fat.
  • Cut back on sodium.
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Cut back on your servings by 25%, that means if you have a piece of chicken the size of your palm, you would eat 3/4 of it.  Do this for every serving of food you eat.
  • Eliminate the carbohydrate for your last meal.
  • Make sure you speed metabolism by eating every 3-4 hours.
