Here are some tips:
Weight Loss Tips
• Commit to at least 3 days per week of exercise: schedule them in your planner.
• Start with 3 days of full body resistance training programs with 20 minutes of cardio. For example workouts go to: Weight Training Workouts
• Perform Interval Cardio for more effective fat loss: 30 seconds intervals work great.
• Cut back on sugar and fat.
• Eat at least 4-6 meals per day: Each meal should contain a lean protein, a fibrous vegetable and a small portion of carbs. For recipes go to Healthy Recipes
• If there is a sense of urgency for fat loss: cut back on the carbs on alternating days.
• Pre-cook meals and have them readily available.
• Do not pick or snack on ANY FOOD unless it is MEAL TIME……occupy yourself and forget it. Only eat if its time to eat, get out of the habit of “PICKING”!!!
