Wedding Diet Plan:  including healthy recipes, what to eat and when, and what not to eat and why, shopping lists, etc.

Don’t wait until you “lose weight first” by doing cardio in order to start your weight-training routine.  That is the BIGGEST MISTAKE!

Weight Training will increase caloric burn, speed metabolism so that you burn calories all day long, and build lean and toned muscle so that you look lean and trim in your wedding gown.

Weight-Training Tips for Wedding Fitness:

• Perform at least 3 weight-training workouts per week.
• Change the routine at least every 4 weeks.
• Make sure to do the appropriate amount of reps, sets, and rest for the desired result.
• Include core training in all your weight-training workouts.
• Make sure cardio workouts are done in interval style.

Wedding Diet Tips:

• Eat a Buff Bride Meal every 3-4 hours.
• Plan & pre-cook your buff bride meals in order to have them always available.
• Enjoy your meals, so you don’t feel the need to binge (cook yummy healthy recipes).
• Cut out wheat products, fat, sugar, and sodium.
• Drink a lot of water.
