Bride Diet Tips
- Eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate and a fibrous vegetable for breakfast on 3 consecutive days like Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- The rest of the day on these 3 days you will eat ONLY protein and vegetables.
- Make sure to eat every 3-4 hours. Don't skip any meals or you will be famished and CRAVE CARBS.
- Cut out all sugar, sodium and processed foods.
- On the day following the 3 consecutive no carb days, you will eat protein, carbs and vegetables for every meal every 3-4 hours. This is only 1 day and then you will do another 3 consecutive no carb days.
- Drink a lot of water. Drink half your body weight in lbs in ounces. Example: you weigh 100lbs, drink 50oz of water.
- If you exercise drink a little more than the above mentioned.
- Cut out all wheat, corn, dairy products while on this bride diet. Even on your carb days. On those days stick to brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans, etc.
Make sure you couple this bride diet with 3 weight training days and 3 days of interval cardio per week. This will help speed and maximize fat loss so that you can look absolutely stunning in your wedding gown and in the memorable pictures.
I promise it will be worth your while. Good luck with your diet and workouts.
