Sure the belly is supposed to get bigger, but the entire body doesn't have to also. Exercising makes a huge difference in pregnancy. Aside from all the medical benefits and the postpartum benefits, exercising will prevent excess weight gain and also help you keep your booty and arms tight even while your belly is growing. This is what motivated me to eat healthy and exercise which is why I only gained 20lbs during pregnancy and lost all of that plus about albs more within the first month after the baby was born :). This exercise is awesome for the Booty and Thighs and you can pretty much do it during your entire pregnancy, granted that you have medical clearance for exercise from your doctor. And you can even do it from home because you don't need any equipment.
Try it today, its awesome. Include it into your next legs workout or even a full body workout. We gotta keep that booty in shape, pregnancy isn't an excuse to lose ourselves. Focus on being a fit, energetic, and healthy mom :)
You can do 2-3 sets of this and do 20 Reps on each side.
