Even trainers need motivation sometimes!
The other day I was approaching the cardio equipment at BB3 Personal Training and Performance Center (the amazing gym I work at). And I was thinking to myself, ugh what cardio am I going to do? I so don’t feel like it! So I asked Bryan Francis (an awesome trainer at BB3), to give me a good cardio workout. And so he did! Holy Moly! I had 20 minutes, and I actually got it done in 18 minutes, and it kicked my butt!

Here it goes:
1. Sprint 1 minute : Walk 1 minute
2. Sprint 2 minutes : Walk 2 minutes
3. Sprint 3 minutes : Walk 3 minutes
4. Sprint 2 minutes : Walk 2 minutes
5. Sprint 1 minute : Walk 1 minute

Moral of the story?
If you are not feeling motivated to workout, or you are not getting results, or your just bored of your old ineffective workouts……… ask a friend, trainer, coach, etc. to hook you up with an awesome workout. My advice is find a great trainer and invest the time and money into learning how to make super effective workouts that are challenging, motivating, and effective at burning fat and gaining muscle.
