Every Woman wants to be in the best shape of their life for their wedding. What sucks, is that most women kill themselves, over-exercise, and do calorie-deprivation diets in order to get in the best shape of their lives.
Is this what Kim Kardashian is doing for her wedding workout or is she doing it the right way?
Because there is a right way, a way that will get you fit and toned and this way you will be able to maintain. What happens most of the time with these extreme wedding workouts and wedding diets, is that the bride goes crazy after the wedding. Most of them ending gaining a ton of weight after and end up binging.
For someone like Kim Kardashian who is such a role model and icon for so many young girls, she should be doing it the right way. Unfortunately you don't know if what you read in the magazines and internet is true, but for what I have read so far for Kim Kardashian's wedding workout and wedding diet, it is not something that young women should be trying to model.
Kim is such a beatiful, sexy, funny woman she does not need to starve herself and overexercise in order to look amazing. If she could maintain her sexy curves while tightening and toning her body, she would be perfection. I hate super ripped super skinny bodies. It is much better to have some meat on your body (tight meat) lol, and carry it well.
I read that Kim Kardashian's wedding diet consisted of vegetable broths, juices and protein bars. I certainly hope that she is not doing this because not only is this devastating to her body, mind and health, but it is so horrible to set an example like this. I also heard her wedding workouts consisted of 2 hours of cardio 6 times a week. I wonder if she knows she is destroying lean muscle by doing this. All she needs is 3 days of HARD CORE WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUTS & 3 20-MINUTE INTERVAL CARDIO WORKOUTS. You know, Interval Cardio Workouts burn 9 times more fat than steady state cardio.
You can still get amazing results and get ripped, lean, toned, sexy muscles without having to starve.
Here are some tips for A SUPER EFFECTIVE WEDDING DIET:
- Eat a small meal every 3-4 hours to speed metabolism and burn calories all day long.
- Each meal should be thermic foods such as a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable, this in it of itself will help burn tons of calories.
- Manipulate carb intake on certain days in order to optimize fat loss.
- Drink enough water. If you don't drink enough water, you can not burn fat.
- Drink a post-workout shake with glutamine and greens. This will help decrease cortisol which will help burn belly fat and reduce inflammation in order to optimize fat loss.
- Take adrenal support which will create an environment in the body for effective fat loss when the body is in a state of stress.
My workouts are never more than 60 minutes of Hard Core Weight Training that help you gain lean tight sexy muscle while increasing your ability to burn fat. My cardio workouts burn 9 times more fat than these 2 hour cardio workouts and they only last 20 minutes. Now how about that for a Wedding Workout Plan. I would love to get my hands on Kim Kardashian and not only help her look STUNNING for her wedding but help her be able to live like that all year round without the yo-yo dieting and over exercising. I would also love to help her appreciate herself and her beautiful body. This doesn't mean she can't have goals and strive for better but not at the cost of taking pills, over exercising, yo-yo dieting and creating possible eating disorders.
