Last night, after a long, stressful day (and I was not feeling well), I sat down for the first time at 9:00pm. I spent some quality time with my hubby and then I set the alarm clock................4:00AM. Yes, my friend, 4AM, some people are getting home at that time!
I could have set it for an hour later since I didn't have to work until 6AM, but it is the only time I could get my workout in. I have an 8 month old baby, which my mom can only babysit in the morning, and in the afternoon......... you know......... LIFE HAPPENS! Cook, clean, bills, groceries, hubby, baby, work, etc.
I said to myself that night, I would get up no matter what. So at 4AM, the alarm went off and I wasn't feeling so hot. I got myself up anyways (with the help of some good COFFEE and headed to BB3 Training & Performance Center where I work. I had an amazing workout, and I felt not only energized, but I felt better!
I know, LIFE IS BUSY! You have kids, activities, etc. But make the commitment to make some time for yourself. Dedicate at least 3 hours a week to your health, your body, and your sanity! It will be so worth it.
You will LOOK BETTER, FEEL BETTER, and have MORE ENERGY!
Today was another long day, and it still isn't done as I write this at 8:57pm, but tomorrow I will wake up at 4AM again for another awesome workout. And when I am done, I will feel AWESOME! And you deserve to feel and look awesome too! So set your dates now my friend, make a goal of 3 workout days to begin.
