Alarm went off at 4am again!
Got up for a great workout & started work at 6am, by noon I already had 3 meals. Check in tomorrow to see what my meal plan for the day was.
Worked for a few hours, then took Nicholas out for some "baby fun", and then home for his nap. During this time I got to do some work as I already had dinner prepped from the day before! This is the way to go if you are super busy. Prep Prep Prep. Make a few meals at once so you don''t have to spend hours slaving over the kitchen every day! Cuz if you are not prepared, then you tend to slack on your "diet".
When the baby woke up, we played, and then off to the streets for some CARDIO, which I did not get in this morning.
If you really want it, YOU DO IT!
I battled for a few minutes as to if I should go for a run as I needed to swing by publix for a few things and needed to pick up dry cleaners for my hubby, and needed to be back in time to pick up my dad and brother and take them to baseball practice.
So what did I do??
I put the baby in the jogging stroller, ran to Publix, bought a few things, threw them in the stroller (Yes, this made it heavier), then ran to the dry cleaners, picked up hubby's clothes and managed to somehow fold them into the stroller without wrinkling so we could run back home.

Granted I had to stop a few times to run those errands, but I ran almost 2.5 miles and a total of around 25 minutes of Cardio.
Where there is a WILL my friend, THERE IS A WAY!
You too can do this, if you set your mind!
Now just finished a YUMMY egg white omelet with eggplant, zucchini, asparagus and mushrooms with some fresh avocado on top.

Just wasn't in the mood for chicken tonight! But it's ok, I got plenty of protein, fiber and good fat with my delicious and ridiculously easy dinner.
Dont' forget to check in tomorrow and see my meal plan for the day!
