I haven't gotten sick of creating yummy protein shake recipes. What I love about it is that I always have all the ingredients on hand to create them. All you need is your favorite fruits and buy them frozen and keep them in your freeze all the time.

By now you know that I am a firm believer in having a post-workout shake. So I hope you have been using all the yummy and healthy recipes of Shakes and Smoothies on My Pinterest Boards because if you are not taking advantage of those, you are crazy. Anyhow, I love to have these shakes post-workout also, because its the best time to have fruit.

I love coffee and chocolate, those are my indulgences. So what better way to enjoy a good post-workout protein shake than with the flavors of coffee and chocolate. There are so many Smoothie/Yogurt/Shakes Places around theses days. I never stop at them because I feel like they add all this stuff that doesn't really need to be added to it. Plus why spend $6-$8 on a smoothie when I can make it at home in seconds with my little cup blender.

As you all know, I love to eat. I am sitting at my desk and I don't even know how to start this blog, because I really want to start off by saying that this is my favorite smoothie recipe so far....... but gosh, I say that all the time and you are going to start to not believe me, but seriously they just keep getting better and better. Lately I have been making all my smoothies and protein shakes with berries, but today I was in a peachy mood. And I got so excited when I looked in my freezer, and there they were....... a big bag of luscious frozen peaches. The next thought was hmmmmm, what should I pair the peaches with, and it didn't take me much time to think, BANANAS! Yum! Then right before I closed the freezer I saw a little ziplock back with guess what?

Nothing beats a thick, smooth, fresh and yummy PROTEIN SHAKE/SMOOTHIE after a hard workout. Actually, you get the best results from having a post-workout shake immediately after your workouts. So get creative and start making some yummy protein shakes and start enjoying eating and being healthy.
