I find that most of people's problems are that they don't EAT ENOUGH in an attempt to "Diet". Its that skewed mentality of I need to basically STARVE myself in order to lose weight. But it's actually quite the contrary.

Everyday, more and more I strongly believe in following a Gluten-Free diet. I just think that any food that causes diseases (Celiac) and diseases and sicknesses that can be cured by the absence of the food, should not be a part of our diet. Plus, I find that so many of my followers on My Facebook Page and Pinterest are also enjoying a Gluten-Free life. And since it is so easy these days to follow a gluten-free diet, why not? You can still eat delicious food and live gluten-free. ...

I haven't gotten sick of creating yummy protein shake recipes. What I love about it is that I always have all the ingredients on hand to create them. All you need is your favorite fruits and buy them frozen and keep them in your freeze all the time.

By now you know that I am a firm believer in having a post-workout shake. There are so many Smoothie/Yogurt/Shakes Places around theses days. I never stop at them because I feel like they add all this stuff that doesn't really need to be added to it. Plus why spend $6-$8 on a smoothie when I can make it at home in seconds with my little cup blender.

The biggest mistake you can make with your "diet" is skip a meal. Not only will you be slowing metabolism but you will probably end up over eating later on or bingeing. Eating often helps increase metabolism which makes you burn calories all day long.

Nothing beats a thick, smooth, fresh and yummy PROTEIN SHAKE/SMOOTHIE after a hard workout. Actually, you get the best results from having a post-workout shake immediately after your workouts. So get creative and start making some yummy protein shakes and start enjoying eating and being healthy.
