Here is the Healthy Muffin Recipe I promised! These are great for breakfast or snack! Try them!
BREAKFAST PROTEIN MUFFINS
Ingredients: 12 muffins
¾ cup Millet Flour (whole foods)
1/4 cup Flax meal (whole foods)
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon and Stevia to taste
fresh or dried berries (optional)
walnuts or almonds (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, fold in any berries or nuts you want. Spray a silicone muffin pan with cooking spray. Wipe it down with a paper towel and pour mixture in it. Bake for 25 minutes.
