Navy Blue: Deep blue is especially daring on pale girls. Pop your eyes with cream eyeliner lining the upper and lower lash lines, then trace over it with a powder shadow, blending outward. You will have a new twist on the classic smoky eye.

Chocolaty Brown: Chocolate, toffee, and caramel-these delicious shades will make him sweet for you.
