What kind of a question is that huh?  Do you want to lose body fat?  Most people are more than willing to get on a diet plan, but they think it's too hard!

Most people are willing to go on a diet plan, they are just not willing to give up their social life and their favorite foods!!  Is this you?  If you are like me……you don’t want to give up chocolate for the rest of your life in order to lose some fat, right?

Well girlfriend, you don’t have to!  You don’t have to do a starvation diet, and you don’t have to exercise every day for hours in order to lose fat, and you don’t have to give up your favorite foods forever!

What you have to do is have some portion control!  What does that mean?  It means, that if you are eating more or less an 8oz piece of chicken for dinner, you should cut it down to 6oz.  If you are serving yourself 1 cup of cooked rice, you cut that down to ½ cup.  If you are eating 2 slices of bread for breakfast, cut it down to 1.  You get the picture?

The bottom line for this diet plan, you must burn more calories than you consume.  If your exercise is going to remain the same, then you must cut back on your calories.  So, if you are having a hard time making the right choices, at least start cutting down on the amounts of the foods you are consuming right now.  This is sure to create a difference.

Once you got the portions under control and you’ve cut them down a bit, start working on making the right choices.  Below are some examples.

Diet Plan Tip:

In order to speed metabolism so that you can burn fat all day long, you must eat the foods below every 3-4 hours.

A lean protein:  egg whites, chicken breast, turkey breast, snapper, salmon, shrimp, fat-free cottage cheese.


A starchy carbohydrate:  oatmeal, cream of wheat, whole-wheat bread, sweet potato, brown rice, lentils.


A fibrous vegetable:  asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers.

Sounds too simple huh?  Try it out!  As soon as you cut back on your portions, your clothes will start feeling looser!  What’s best is you won’t be starving, you just won’t be stuffed, which is the way people are used to eating!  Can’t wait huh?  Super simple!
