bbI am sure that you are fluttered with things to do, you have to find caterers, florists, DJ’s, entertainment, photographers, reception sites, wedding gowns, etc. I know how time consuming, frustrating, and stressful it can be. I also know how important it is to look and feel your absolute best on your wedding day, so I am going to help you by giving you the best bride exercise program available.
I have seen and heard of some many women who wait until the home stretch in order to get in shape for wedding. Don’t do the same thing, start now. Most women don’t know what to do so they don’t do it, or they just do “cardio”. But “cardio” is just not going to cut it, especially if you want to be toned for your wedding. So I am going to help you with this awesome bride exercise program.
There are 3 things you will need to do for BRIDE EXERCISE PROGRAM:
• Eat nutritiously
• Perform weight-training workouts 3 times per week
• Perform moderate amount of cardio
Bride Diet: Eating nutritiously
• Eat a protein, a carbohydrate and a vegetable every 3-4 hours.
Example: Grilled fish, brown rice, and baked asparagus with feta.
• Drink a lot of water.
• Plan your meals ahead of time, cook in bulks.
• Here is a recipe for a quick, healthy, and delicious snack
Blend:
Oatmeal 1 serving (weight control- banana bread or maple and brown sugar)
3-4 egg whites
¼ cup fat-free cottage cheese
*if regular oatmeal, add cinnamon to blend, and add sugar-free jelly on top*
Cook on stove like a normal pancake.
Perform weigh-training workouts for BRIDE FITNESS
• This is the only type of exercise that will get you toned and tight.

• Start with 3 full body workouts per week. For example:

Perform moderate amounts of cardio for your Bride Exercise Program
• Cardio aids in fat burning but only if you are eating nutritiously and engaging in weight-training.
• Start off with 20 minutes following your weight-training workouts. Every few weeks increase it by 5 minutes.
• Intervals are great for fat-loss. Start with 30 seconds super intense, and 30 seconds low intensity.
