So here is a great wedding dress workout that will help you lose weight and get toned for your wedding. All you need is a pair of dumbbells.
This wedding workout will help you lose fat, trim your midsection, flatten your belly, define your arms and tone your legs. This wedding workout is great because it takes into consideration that you are short on time but need great results so don't worry it won't take you an hour to do this one.
Dumbbell Wedding Dress Workout
A1. 20 Dumbbell Squats
A2. 20 Stability Ball Dumbbell Chest Presses
A3. 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts
A4. 20 Dumbbell Rows
1 minute jump rope
Repeat this circuit 4 times with 60 seconds rest in between each set.
B1. 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
B2. 20 Stability Ball Dumbbell Skull Crushers
B3. 20 Dumbbell Bicep Curls
1 minute jump rope
Repeat this circuit 4 times with 60 seconds rest in between each set.
You can do this workout 3 times a week and couple this with 2-3 days of interval cardio workouts and you got yourself a rockin' body for your wedding. Also, make sure that you have the proper nutrition as this will SPEED FAT LOSS. Click on the following link to get some tips on a wedding diet.
You can do this wedding dress workout 3 times a week but change the exercises but keep the same body parts, order of exercises and repetitions and it will be more effective.
