DIET with DELICIOUS food that is SATISFYING and ENJOYABLE

Every time I talk health & fitness with a friend or a “mommy” from one of my “mommy & me” classes, I always get the same conversations.

They pretty much say they are not ready to start working out and “dieting” because they are not ready to “GIVE UP” everything.  I know exactly what they are thinking.

  • “I don’t want to eat chicken and broccoli for every meal”.
  • “I hate oatmeal, I don’t want to eat foods that I don’t like”.
  • “I love to eat, I’m not ready to give it up”.
  • “I don’t want to eat boring foods”.
  • “I don’t want to starve”.
  • “I have trips coming up, and parties, right now is not the time”.
  • “I don’t have time to workout”.

I’ve heard it all!

The thing people don’t understand is, you don’t have to STARVE. You don’t have to eat boring foods.  You don’t have to eat the same foods every day and for every meal.  You don’t have to give up your favorite foods.  You can still LOVE TO EAT.  There is never going to be the RIGHT TIME to start working out.  Things will always come up, there will always be parties, vacations, events, business trips, etc.  All you have to do during those times is make the best choices possible.

My AWESOME & DEDICATED client Suzanne Speer proves that you can do this without feeling deprived. Suzanne just did the BB3 Lean & Mean Challenge for 12 weeks and got amazing results (lost 15lbs).  But my favorite part of the whole challenge was when she told me that her husband said to her.  “I am really proud of you, you have gotten these great results and for the first time in your life you weren’t anxious during the whole thing”.  She then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t hard at all, that she never felt deprived, that she really enjoyed all her meals, and that she was so happy.

Most people deprive themselves too much, they eat the same BLAND AND BORING foods all the time.  They don’t enjoy their healthy meals, and because of that, they don’t enjoy the process and also, its hard to maintain the results because “AFTER THE DIET” or “AFTER THE CHALLENGE”, you feel a need to binge.

But Suzy never felt like that!  I recall so many times reading in her food log little notes by her meals saying “soooo yum”.  Now that’s what I’m talking about!

Suzy is a mother of 2 young boys, she works, runs a home, cooks every single day, and is now SUPER FIT! And she was able to do it.  Amidst the trips, the parties, the boys getting sick and being home from school, etc.  She did it!  She planned her meals every day.  She took the time to make meals that were not only HEALTHY, but DELICIOUS. That is why she never felt deprived which is why she never felt ANXIETY!  She didn’t feel like she was GIVING ANYTHING UP!  Suzy felt satisfied!  And that is why she did so good!

If people realized that with a good meal plan that includes delicious and healthy options, its SUPER EASY to get results and not feel anxiety……… there would be a lot more FIT people around us.  If people didn’t think they had to GIVE IT ALL UP, they would at least START a fitness plan.

If people realized there is never going to be the RIGHT TIME, they would start working out today!  People, things are always going to come up.  There will always be that trip that’s coming up, or that party you are going to, or the kids that are sick, or you that’s sick, etc.  You just have to choose to do it!  And make the best possible choices when “things come up”.

I hope that you decide TODAY, to COMMIT to eating HEALTHY and COMMIT to working out!  You will feel great, look great, get tons of complements, feel good about yourself, be a better mom, wife, daughter, friend, etc.  And the best part of it all…….  Like Suzy, you will not feel anxiety!  You will be enjoying every day of your HEALTHY DIET.
