COMMIT TO YOUR WORKOUTS

4:10 AM...................  This is the time my alarm clock goes off in the mornings!

You can imagine, at this time I don't think about whether I should get up and get to the gym for a workout................  I just UP & GO!

If I were to think about whether I feel good enough or not, whether I got enough sleep or not, etc.  Most likely I would'nt make it to the gym most mornings.

And trust me, I know what it feels like to be tired! After Nicholas was born at about 9 weeks I got clearance to workout!  At that point he was not exactly sleeping soundlessly all night.  So many nights I got up 3 and 4 times........  I was soooo tired!

But I COMMITED!  NO matter what happened, when that alarm clock went off at 4AM, I got up and went to the gym.  And every single time, I felt amazing after my workout!  I had more energy, was in a better mood, and felt better about myself.

Now 8 months POST-PARTUM, I am the leanest I have ever been at 9.4% wooooohoooooooo!!!!

You too can do this!  Post-baby and all!!!  All you have to do is COMMIT!

If you wait to see everyday if you feel good enough, if you got enough sleep, if you have time...............  YOU WILL NEVER MAKE IT!  So stop making excuses and COMMIT TO GO!

And in no time, you will be at your LEANEST BODY EVER!

COMMIT right NOW!  Set days and times and put it in your calendar, notepad, journal, phone, whatever it is you use to make appointments.  No matter what, on those days and times YOU WILL GET YOUR WORKOUT IN!

Start with 3 days!  Good luck!
