Getting in shape for the wedding day is so important for Brides-to-be! I mean, it’s the one and only day in your life that you are literally the Queen of the Universe It’s your day to shine, to be amazing, to be the spot like, to be a princess or a queen, to be SPECIAL! So, of course, every Bride-to-be wants to be in the best shape of their lives. So I’m going to give you the BRIDE FITNESS PLAN now, but remember a complete plan should include your bride nutrition plan and bride exercise program.
The goal of this bride fitness fitness plan is to get you to lose any excess fat as well as tone and sculpt the body so that you look lean, tight, and toned. Most wedding gowns are sleeveless and it is so important to have lean and toned arms. This wedding fitness plan will help you achieve that through the weight-training workouts.
• Eat a small meal every 3-4 hours
• Perform 3 weight-training workouts per week
• Perform 3 - 30 minute interval cardio workouts per week
• Enjoy a cheat day once per week
Example meals for the BRIDE DIET PLAN:
Breakfast: Small bowl of oatmeal, and scrambled egg whites with fat-free cheese.
Snack: Cottage cheese and raspberries.
Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, garbanzo beans, veggies and balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack: Protein shake or left over’s from lunch.
Dinner: Tilapia with brown rice, and roasted asparagus with nuts and garlic.
Example weight-training workout for the BRIDE FITNESS PLAN:
A1. 20 dumbbell Plie Squats
A2. 20 stability ball dumbbell presses
A3. 20 stability ball leg curls
A4. 20 dumbbell high rows
A5. 20 lateral raises
Perform this circuit 3 times with a 30 seconds rest in between each circuit. Each exercise should be performed in a row with minimal rest in between. This is a full body, fast, and effective workout that will help get you lean, tight, and wedding gown ready. Try it 3 times per week. But remember you must change your workouts every 3-4 weeks or your body will adapt and you will no longer see results.
Example cardio workouts for the BRIDE FITNESS PLAN:
You can run, jog, jump rope, stair climb, do the elliptical, or bike ride. The duration should be 30 minutes done in intervals. For example: Speed up the bike for 30 seconds and increase the resistance, then slow it down for 30 seconds and decrease the resistance. Do this for the entire duration followed by a 3 minute cool down.
Cheat day for the BRIDE DIETPLAN:
Since you will be eating so clean all week, take one day and enjoy your favorite food without feeling bad. Don’t go too crazy though!
Getting fit is easy when you have an effective plan! I hope you will allow me to help you look your absolute best for your wedding.
