I can imagine how many “diets” you have done in the past! But this is the most important one. You are about to get married and you want to look your best on that day.
First of all my friend, most “diets” basically just deprive you of calories. When you are deprived for so long is when you end up falling off the wagon and end up binging. So this “Bride Diet” is different! I am not going to tell you to starve yourself. Actually, bride you will probably be eating more food than ever, and this is important because eating speeds up metabolism, which makes you BURN CALORIES 24/7! Follow this bride meal plan and I guarantee you will start to lose weight for wedding!
• Eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable every 3-4 hours in small portions.
• If you can’t get to a meal every 3 hours, get to a protein shake, if you can’t get to a protein shake, get to a bar. But never skip meals, you will just end up over eating at the next meal.
• Plan your days ahead and pack the required amount of meals.

This is just an example, there are a ton of meal combinations that will help you speed metabolism and burn fat all day long. Just make sure to eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable every 3-4 hours. And when you eat something off the plan……do it in moderation!
