BRIDAL EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR ABS

Below is your ABS workout for your bride exercise program. You can do this workout 2-3 times per week.
ABS Bridal Exercise Program
A1. 10-15 reverse crunches
A2. 10-15 stability ball side crunches
A3. 30-45 second stability ball plank
Perform 3 sets of these exercises in a circuit fashion with 0 to minimal rest in between each exercise. At the end of the third exercise rest for 45 -60 seconds and repeat it. To step it up…when you get stronger, perform 15-20 reverse crunches, 15-20 stability ball crunches, and 60 second plank.
