Another Clean Eating Day in the Busy Life of a Working Mom

So.............Yesterday, was another very busy day!

Again got home from work FAMISHED, and had to leave fast for some errands!

Had I not had prepared  chicken the day before and veggies, I would have royally screwed up my clean eating day!

But I WAS PREPARED! All I had to do was heat up the piece of chicken, veggies, and left over brown rice from the day before.

It is easy to EAT CLEAN, when you are prepared.

A few hours later, I was on the road with Nicholas running errands for a baby shower I am hosting at my house this weekend.  I knew I would be out for a few hours so I packed up a few PROTEIN MUFFINS and threw them in my bag.

And thank God I did, cuz a few hours later as I was at Sams Club, I was FAMISHED again.  Had I not had my healthy snack packed I would have probably opted for the Sams Hot Dog......................EWWWWWW GROSS!  Just kidding, but I probably would have not opted for the HEALTHIEST choice.

Even if you think you don't have time, YOU CAN DO IT!

You just need a plan and about an hour or so a week to PREP.

Lesson of the day: Take a HEALTHY SNACK with you when you are on the go!  It will prevent you from EATING SOMETHING BAD!  And be prepared! Prep Prep Prep, and your week will be a lot EASIER, and a lot HEALTHIER.
