• Schedule 3-5 workouts per week.

• Serving sizes should be small. A plate should contain 70% protein and veggies, and 30% carbs.
• Cook in bulks in order to have healthy meal options and snacks available.
• If you eat every 3-4 hours, you will never get hungry to the point that all you want is BAD CARBS!!!!
• Drink a ton of water.
