4-Week Wedding Workout For Brides

You are a Bride and of course you want to lose weight and get fit.  So since I know how important it is to you, I am going to give you a great 4-week wedding workout that is going to burn tons of calories and help you get fit and toned.  Weight training is the best type of wedding workout you can do.  So in order to maximize your results, I am going to combine weight training with some cardio for a super effective 4-week wedding workout.

Try this workout 3 times a week and make sure to complement it with a few more days of cardio intervals.  Also, you will get much better results if you are following some sort of wedding diet.  You will speed fat loss and aid your body in the ability to gain lean, toned muscle.

4-Week WeddingWorkout For Brides

A1.  30 Plie Squats

A2.  30 Reverse Lunges

Jump Rope 60 seconds

Repeat another 2 times for a total of 3 sets.

B1.  30 Stability Ball Dumbbell Chest Presses

B2.  30 Pushups

Jump Rope 60 seconds

Repeat another 2 times for a total of 3 sets.

C1.  30 Stability Ball Leg Curls

C2.  30 Stability Ball Hip Extensions

Jump Rope 60 seconds

Repeat another 2 times for a total of 3 sets.

D1.  30 Dumbbell Rows

D2.  30 Lat Pulldowns

Jump Rope 60 seconds

Repeat another 2 times for a total of 3 sets.

E1.  30 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses

E2.  30 Lateral Raises

Jump Rope 60 seconds

Repeat another 2 times for a total of 3 sets.

If you are getting married soon, and you are not where you want to be with your body, try this wedding workout.  I guarantee you will shed some pounds of fat and help tone your body.  Make sure to do this 3 times a week and to maintain a clean wedding diet.
