30 Day Wedding Diet

Most Brides-To-Be decide to go on a Wedding Diet when the date is very near.  For optimal results and a lean and toned body for your wedding day, start your wedding fitness and diet program 3-6 months before the big day.  But even if you only have 30 days, don't give up, here is a wedding diet you can do that will get you amazing results.

 

30 Day Wedding Diet

  • Start with a Detox diet:  If you don't have a good detox kit available with effective supplements, here is where you can get a good one, Detox.  If you don't have the means to get one, then at least do a detox diet.  (I will blog on this next week.) Do a detox diet for 2 weeks.
  • The following week: eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate and a fibrous veggie every 3 hours for 1 day and then omit the carbs for 2 days.  Do this for one week.
  • The last week:  eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate and a fibrous veggie every 3 hours for 1 day and then omit the carbs for 3 days.  Do this for one week.  Cut out all sugar, sodium and fat, unless its good fats like avocados, healthy oils and nuts and seeds.
  • Every week make sure you are well hydrated.  Drink half of your bodyweight in ounces in lbs.
  • To make this wedding diet simple, pre-cook food so that you have it available for meals and snacks.  Pack your meals before you leave for the day and don't eat out at all this last month.
