So it's Sunday Morning and my awesome sis-in-law who loves to workout as well and I start our workout in the family room with the kiddos hanging around. Danny is such a wonderful hubby, he offered to hang out with the kids so that we could workout. You know how that went................
So it was a little distracting but we got it done.
I don't know if you ever workout on vacation, but it feels SOOOOOO GOOD to do it! Especially if you have a partner because it makes it more fun. So next time you go on vacation, call your friends before hand, and ask them if they will commit to working out with you and make sure to bring some workout clothes.

You don't need any equipment to workout so you have no excuses. We literally finished our entire workout in like 20 minutes. Check it out! I took some snap shots of my sister-in-law doing some of the exercises so that you could see the execution.
Take this with you next time you go on a VACA and do this awesome workout.
A1. 20 Speed Squats
A2. 20 Explosive Step-Ups (we used the steps in the family room for this, you can substitute alternating forward lunges for this.)
A3. 20 Split Jumps
A4. 20 Jump Squats
B1. 10 Push-ups-Arm Walks-Arm Raises-Alternating Twists-Same Side Bends
(This is done in a circuit fashion, you do 1 push-up, 1 arm walk right into 1 arm raise on each side, swists and bends, and you do this in this order 10 times.) OUCH!

C1. 20 Stability Ball Hip Extensions with Legs Bent to 90 degrees
C2. 20 Stability Ball Leg Curls
C3. 20 Stability Ball Hip Extensions with Legs almost Fully Extended
Rest 60 Seconds and repeat these circuits 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.
By the way I WAKE BOARDED TODAY! Sooooooo HARD!!!
