2 Get Fit Fast Wedding Workouts

Every Bride-To-Be wants to Get Fit for their Wedding Day. Which is why I am going to give you these 2 super effective wedding workouts.

I get it, its the one day of your life that you get to be the queen.  Its one of the most important days of your life and you want to make sure your wedding gown looks perfect and that all the pictures look amazing. 

I remember as soon as Danny proposed, I was on a mission to look my absolute best.  This is serious motivation, and having a very specific goal and a specific date will help you so much more to reach your goal.

There are 2 kinds of workouts that you should be doing for your wedding fitness plan.  You should be doing Cardiovascular workouts and Weight Training workouts.  So these 2 Get Fit Wedding Workouts are that!

 

Cardio Wedding Workout

  • You can use a treadmill for this or run outside.  If you don't like to run, you can do these intervals on any cardio equipment.
  • Warm-up for 3 minutes start at an easy pace and every minute increase the intensity by a little.
  • Figure out what pace you can sustain for 1 minute, meaning you can not go more than 1 minute so hard or fast enough that you have to stop at a minute.
  • Walk at a recovery pace for 1 minute
  • Repeat this 4 more times.
  • Figure out what pace you can sustain for 30 seconds, meaning you can not go more than 30 seconds so hard or fast enough that you have to stop at 30 seconds.
  • Walk at a recovery pace for 30 seconds.
  • Repeat this 3 more times.
  • Figure out what pace you can sustain for 20 seconds, meaning you can not go more than 20 seconds so hard or fast enough that you have to stop at 20 seconds.

    Walk at a recovery pace for 20 seconds.

    Repeat this 2 more times.
  • Cool down at a pace you could maintain for 5 minutes.

Weight Training Wedding Workout

A1. 20 Dumbbell Squats

A2.  20 Stationary Lunges

A3.  20 Step-Ups

Rest 60 seconds and Repeat 2 more times

B1.  20 Deadlifts

B2.  20 Stability Ball Leg Curls

B3.  20 Stability Ball Hip Extensions

Rest 60 seconds and Repeat 2 more times
