One of the biggest fears for most pregnant women for post partum is THE DREADED POOCH.  I see it all the time and I remember before I had my first child and my friends were having kids.  I would see them months after and they all still looked like they were 4-5 months pregnant.

Pregnancy is a beautiful thing if you are healthy and feel good.  But for most women, they don't exercise nor eat healthy.  So most women end up hating being pregnant.
